Peak Performance was started because of the lack of programs in the Atlanta, GA area that focused on offensive & defensive lineman. Other programs focus on skill positions and nobody pays attention to the big guys who get it done up front. There is no football without an offensive and defensive lineman. Did you know that an offensive center touches the ball more than any person on the field besides a quarterback? There is no football without an offensive and defensive lineman.
Peak Performance Strength & Agility specializes in offensive and defensive lineman performance by teaching True Fundamentals that consist of strength, core, lateral movements, hand speed, agility, proper techniques, explosiveness ,and first steps.
Peak Performance trains offensive and defensive lineman to process greater amounts of visual info faster and more accurately. This allows lineman to make better decisions and react faster while under stress.
